yeah - lean out the Low Speed needle :) I think leaning out is closing it off - clockwise...

How does it idle? Like - will it sit there at idle without stalling?

(this is all assuming you haven't touched the high speed needle yet, and the needles are all at stock settings :) )

and also - whenever you make ANY changes to ANY of the needles - you need to make them in tiny 1/8 of a turn excrements - then run it for a minute or two to see how the change went - always better to have not enough than too much :)
