A medusa 80mm motor might be a good option, 6mm less in diameter than a neu. The kb45 would be even worse. Also, you could change just the input shaft on the tranny to the 4.6 input shaft and run the old style slipper (which i've used for brushless and has worked)

a CD is what I'm looking for. I need the gearing options and the stock tranny wont let me do it. The slipperential on a custom mount... I better ask Mike.
