I had this same issue when I shipped my MMM at the end of april. USPS priority got it there in 3 days, I checked my delivery confirmation to confirm. CC didn't "receive" it for more than a week
. It's still waiting on repairs 3 weeks after it was "received". I called up CC yesterday and they said they wouldn't be able to ship one out to me for at least another 2 weeks.
I had a very similar experience with Duratrax when I needed to send in a battery charger under a warranty claim
