Strobe limiters are like gold dust, and cost the same, plus they only really work with supermaxx arms, and are designed to limit droop, not to lower the stance by compressing the shocks.
FLM towers would be the cheapest and simplest way to slam the truck- so many holes you can mount the shocks up high and so lower the chassis level with the arms. For occasional use zipties would be the far easier option though, going all out and getting new shocks and towers is a one-way conversion really, to make the truck a pancake 100% of the time...
That said, if you do see some cheap revo shocks, then its worth picking them up- simple to swap them over and no other mods required to slam the suspension.
