Don't connect the balancer to the charger then.As far as i understand the balancer is not connected to the charger.The pack has a balancing lead which plugs into the balancer whilst charging.

What yellow lead is he talking about?

Sounds like he's saying if you connect the balancer to another brand of charger then you can't charge at 1c but you don't need to connect it to the charger anyway.
