Either go up to 6s, gear down to around 38, or swap out motors for the 2200 1y.

The other factor more than just wait is your wheel/tire combo. Heavier tires and wheels create a lot of drag on the drivetrain and motor. This is much more a factor of performance than just static weight alone.

But really are you having problems with your setup like it is?
