2 3s packs and 2 2s packs would be 5s2p (18.5v, 4200mah). That would be an awesome setup, and would be capable of 80amps continuous! The Multiplex charger would be able to charge them at 1C too!
You could still do 6s, but you would have to charge the packs separately (as 3s).
