Oh, you noticed that huh?
Lets' see... some extra padding in the case, removed the plastic bars around the fan/sides of the heatsink for better air flow, oh- and I turned the bullets into solder pads.
I had the issue where the bullets were contacting the heatsink, so I fixed it. The area around the heatsink/wires is sealed with hot glue.
