Oh, missed the 1/8 buggy conversion bit. I wouldnt even bother personally, you cant turn a slash into a buggy, it just isnt a suitable platform- too tall and unstable in turns. At best I'd say get an extended FLM Rusty chassis and that would be pretty close, otherwise yeah, just get a real 1/8 roller and stick a MMM & 2650kv with 4s lipo in it for a solid setup.
