I've tryed the hole locktite thing and it works and some times not, enough bashing and I generally get the pinnion to slide forward even tho the ss is still tight to the shaft, thinging of use a rubber tube to slide on either sie of the gear to prevent it from sliding forward or backwards will not causing the shaft to bind and put too much undue stress on the motor.
