The things that would typically go bad in a servo are voltage sensitive devices: the "decoder" IC and a few transistors/FETs for the motor driver. But that's about 75% of the servo. The rest is the case, motor, gears, and feedback pot. I doubt there is a fuse in there, and even if there was, fuses are for overcurrent protection, not overvoltage.
