250 is the max wattage it can output. So at 7s = 29.4v / 250 = 8.5amps max charge at 7s lipo.

So for 6s lipo you can do the 10amp charge, which would be a 2c charge for a 5000mah lipo.

Or 20 amp charge for a 3s 5000 lipo = 4c charge. I think this charge can do up to 5c, IIRC.
