Too bad landmines are banned by the Geneva convention, that would be an excellent way to keep illegal immigration down (except a lot of them enter legally but don't go back).
As for french-Canadians, I think they're mostly in Queerbec or whatever it's called
I've been to Canada many times and everyone I talked to spoke Canadian (kinda like English, but with a twist
).
Lipos out of balance, just treat them like they're made of glass and don't push them too hard and they should last a while longer. When you're done it's up to you what to do to them. They make a lot of smoke if you shoot them, you should try it
