Don't have anything that bad, the closest I have to any of those is. about 1 month before summer vacation years ago (i was in 5th grade) was mesing around with an old close line pole that had an open end on both ends, I was trying to get a mason jar to stick on one end and pump water from the garden hose from the other hole, the jar kept popping off, so I decided to just sit it in the hole and give it a nice good palm thrust (the kind youd push somebody with you know?) any ways the jar broke a shard off glass shot straight back into second to last finger on my right hand, could see straight to the bone, went to the hospital got 4 stitchs, then had to go to surgery for it ended up with 25 stitchs and almost losing the use of the finger since it cut 75% of one tendon and 90% of the other, now I have scar that run from the under side of my knuckle to the first digit and also the same distance to the center of my palm, finger locks into place from time to time and feels weird when I apply pressure and then flex the finger.
