I have been charging the packs on my switching programmable power supply(as my 720i has not shown up yet) at 10 amps (2.4C), I have put roughly 6 part cycles (~80% DOD) through them now and I decided I should check each cell voltage, I don't have a balancer, so I used some small wires and set the power supplies current to 10mA... this by far more accurate than my multimeter. After sitting for a day being charged to 4.133v/cell, each cells voltage was 4.11volts, all the same, when not even being balance charged. I guess Hyperion's matching technique is quite good, IMO.

BTW, these packs seem to have a flat discharge curve somewhat like an A123, but not quite as you have about a 1-2 minute drop when at 100% SOC.
