Yep, looks like it is rubbing at the bottom on the black plastic riser. Is there any slop that will allow the diff to shift backward and the spur contact the motor mount? If so you may need a 14mm shim between the bearing and the motor mount. I would just trim the opening in the diff riser to clear the spur and shim the bearing to keep the spur off the motor mount.
