Get the ST pro. It's a beast.
On mine I run a medusa 70-1600, MMM and 6S. The ST pro is not a light truck- so consider going with at least a 5S or 6S setup with a MMM and medusa 70mm. For now though- your setup sounds ok, but I'd use a 70-2300 instead. Also add an ext. cap to your MM. For a 2300, use a 12t pinion, for a 2000, use a 14t pinion.
