Really depends on the quality of the cells used. If you have high quality cells, they can handle the stress more so than cheaper cells.
If you are using generic type cells or any of the maxamps variety, I think 125+ continuous ratings are a must. However higher quality cells like enerland you can easliy get by with 90-100 amp continuous. The ratings are truer and the cells hold voltage better under load. Most of the time the high end cells are underrated.
A good indication of the health of the cell is what temps you are reading after spending 5 or more minutes running. If temps are more than 20 degrees above ambient, the cells are probably being stressed too hard. In 95-100 degree weather I never see my flightpowers above 110.
