I think you'll want to run more voltage. You won't get much power out of your system with that. I bet it'll go a cool 30mph.

I'd go 25-30c 3000-5000mah 3-4s lipo with about the same motor and maybe a better speed controller. I run a flightpower 30c 3300mah pack and it's great. You should look around for a used medusa/MM and have some quality componets. You can save 20 bucks and get the hxt 12kg servo and spend it on a used medusa.
