Stick to 2 or 3s in the ste. I run mine on 2s and it does fine. More battery just makes it heavy... Unless you go with a 2500-3000kv pack and a lower kv motor, like 2000-2500. But then you have to mod the MM to handle 4s, and you have extra stuff like the bec. It gets to be a packaging nightmare on the small chassis.
