I personally didn't like the medusa in my Rustler, as the motor lacks in the topend. It just didn't have the umph I am used to with my other motors. The neu is a better motor for sure. The medusa did very well in my crt.5 running a short oval as it topped out quickly.

Here's a vid of the medusa 4800 in a crt.5 on 4s A123. Keeps up with onroad cars.
