I dont think 5s is an option here, I wouldnt want to change all my lipos over either- they are expensive in the UK and expensive to import (unless you get zippies, since they have that handy 'lie about the price on the shipping label' feature....).
I would recommend the MMM esc myself, though the Tekkin Rx8 is rather kickbutt too, albeit a bit £££ for just a basher setup.
The MMM2200kv motor would be ideal for 4s, though it wouldnt be the fastest option- that would be either a more spritely neu, or perhaps for a cheaper option a
Medusa (they'll be new to you I expect, but they are very good 4 pole motors that are alot cheaper than a neu, yet
almost as powerful and efficient) in either 70mm or 80mm flavour, 2300kv or2200kv respectively. Gear up and enjoy the results
