If you match the motor kv to the voltage, and aim for the 30-40,000rpm range, then 'power' will be pretty much even once you take into account gearing for the same speeds.
Anyways, the PolyQuest 3s lipo is pretty beasty, but I would look into the new Hyperion Gen3 packs (Mike only has 5s packs at present), should be able to find them for sale somewhere- Mike wont mind as he doesnt sell them
