Yes, Patrick and the CC crew have been raked over the coals for the MMM V1 (and V2). And nearly every member here at RCM has a MMM, because they make it right with customer service and product improvements.

I will say also that I have emailed and spoke to Austin on the phone, I have no complaints whatsoever with his customer service and if the new packs are improved from previous ones I would have no problem buying them in the future (if the price is right).

All we need to see is some discharge graphs and perhaps an independent test to back it up.
