Honestly, you could buy the premounted tire/rim combos. And then get some Kevlar wire or high strength fishing twine and make wraps around the outside of the tires in the grooves, then CA glue them to the rubber. Then take a dremel and cut a groove in the middle of the tread and do the same. 3 twine wraps total.

This method has driven Over_revO's Revo to 91.2mph.
