Well there is one big point being missed to the whole RCs on skatepark vs. skaters/bikers on rc track. From what I'm reading many of these skate parks in question are public parks, open to the public ie. payed for with your tax money and most RC tracks are owned by hobby shope or private individuals and therefor are for general public use. Yes I would still stay away from the skaters and bikers but it's still a public park and if they aren't on a jump there should be no problem hitting it with a RC.

As far as getting hit with a truggy at 40MPH goes......IT HURTS LIKE HELL!!!!!!! At the bash almost 2 weeks ago I got hit in the right ankle at the end of the straight away. My ankle is still slightly swollen and black and blue. I still gotta ask Finnster how much his Hyper weights in and how fast he's geared for but I'm guessing 11Lbs + 38-40MPH which = HURT!!!
