Hot motor + cool esc & batts = undergeared, you can afford to gear up a little bit if you want to, but overall those are very good temps, especially for the nimhs; ones I used to run with the hvmaxx always came off a run scorching hot
For airflow, I would cut out the rest of front grill, then replace it with a fine mesh- lots of airflow + it looks like a real mesh grill = sexy.
