For what its worth, since FLM make the hybrid bulks it might be quicker to contact them for answer on diff compatibility. I know the majority or normal buggy or truggy diffs work, but there are some that are slightly smaller or narrower, such as the ones MIke is using in the V3 revo hybrids, those wont work without major surgery or crazy shimming.

Not sure on the bearing sizes (ask FLM again), but I do know you can use Mike's output shaft adaptors in place of the standard diff outputs in order to use stock maxx driveshafts, like I do.
