You know what, I am so sure now that the standard 17mm hubs are stronger than the 23mm units. The 17mm's hold the axles better and spread the load out pretty good on the axle. A 23mm on the other hand, causes pressure points on the axle, causing higher stress... plus they wobble alot more than a 17mm.
