the RPM arms are heavier than the stock ones, but are virtualy indestructable. Plus if you do break one, RPM will give you a new one for free (i think)

I would also agree with squee about looking into a wanderer XL (probably 7XL/8XL for you set-up). I run a BASIC 2000XL, and will soon be upgrading to a 10XL - extra power, runtimes and much cooler temps. The little lehners just run too hot in a big truck.
