No No No!
The C rating doesn't double with parallel packs, the capacity does- and therefore the amperage capability, but the effective C rating is the same.
2650 x 20C = 53A
(2650 x 2) x 20C = 106A
So like Neil said those packs are are a bit "light" for the E-Revo. Just watch the temps and make sure they are at the same state of charge/balance when you run.
