when these motors /the 75-55-1/ works on 8s in a plane, 6s in a truggy should be ok. sure, you can't get the same cooling in the car like in a plane...
the efficiency seems to be good, the 55 at least seems to be better then the hxt quannum, which is no bad motor at all.
here in germany there have been successful tests with a quannum for offroad-use and a mega as well. so I don't know why there should be a problem. the more poles, the better for partial load, wich is typical for cars.

Did you see my video runnung the longer Qannum motor? The rotor exploded lol. The problem the Dave said is with the load when the vehicle jumps. I told him RC-Monster makes a nice heat sink/clmap system and he agreed it's the only way to go. So I've been waiting for someone to get one and try it in a vehicle
