Thanks for the input fellows. I also emailed Tony Screws and asked about the inserts I received from him and this is the reply he sent to me....

Hi Guy,

Thanks for the kind words.

3mm Inserts - Use a 5/32" drill bit
4mm Inserts - Use a 7/32" drill bit

Just drill the hole, press them in and insert a screw. The insert will
expand and lock into place. Have a GREAT weekend!
