I stuck with 32P gears and went with a pretty large pinion. I'm away on business until friday but will post pics of the rig when I get home as well as checking which gear I have in there. All else is stock and excuse me for not remembering the final gear ratio, I'll look it up.
My thoughts are that it's a motor with plenty of power, nice looking (bought purple aluminum accents to match throuhgout the chassis) and suitable so long as I don't heat things up. What I didn't try is changing any of the timing settings on my MMM. Not sure if it will make any difference, but worth a try.
I've wanted to try one for some time and was a little disappointed when it didn't run as cool as the NUE did, but then there's that timing issue to think of..
