If you go cheap, better do it on zippies. With them, you run a risk of ruining your packs. I would go for the 30c packs. I heard a nasty rumor all the zippies are the same c rating, but I can't back that up.

Hyperions are definately the best packs availible at the moment. They have a nice price on them too. Also check out polyquest and flightpower.

I would not get zippies and I would for sure get they hyperions.
