Alright guys, good advise here, and I thank you all for your input. I will wait for T-Bro to get back with me, and offer to send him his pack back, postage paid. I will not be paying insurance though, so if he wants that he can cough up for it. I guess tracking will be a good idea though. Still miffed a bit that I am getting the blame for user error with a battery charger, and will be out close to 30 bucks for shipping this pack 3 times. If he still wants a new pack, this one can sit here till he changes his tune. I have no problem with that!

I will also mention that he did "threaten" me with other actions if I did not send him a new pack. Nothing specific, but he did say he (quote from email) "No more kiddy arguing about this because I don't have the time. Like I said before, I know you don't want to let go of my motor and start back over... That's on you... I gave you a fair chance to resolve this disagreement and you made a complete u turn.
If you are not going to return my motor and money, let me know, and i'll take things from there."

So you guys can see what I am dealing with here. I will be happy to post the entire email correspondence but i am sure Mike does not want me cluttering up the forum with this BS!!!
