So what are the "cool" games now a days? He doesn't like sports games.

The Transformers Revenge of the Fallen game looks pretty neat. You can switch between current and Generation 1 transformers.

I am concerned about the ratings / game content but mostly about sexual references / innapropriate language than violence.
