Novak makes great products but it would be a turn in the opposite direction, The Flux is basically a Steve NEU designed Castle 2200kv motor with a different can/heat sink.

If your running 2s in series, a upgrade would be a Genuine NEU motor 1515 Y. I would suggest you spend you hard earned money on drive train upgrades and worry about another motor when you roast the one you have now.
