On the wheel widening thing - i am not sure exactly what you are after - but i have run RD Logics 23mm Hub Extensions that worked very well - i ran them with Big Joes and Proline Cheyennes - i was quite worried at first, but they are strong as, and hold up very well - even with alot of bung/awkward landings and cartwheels, they have been bullet proof in my truck, but have not heard of anyone else running them funnily enough.
