I'd probably do the same Tex. But just between you and me, I bet you still have your problems. I've owned about 10 Dell's so far, and I've had two that were just pigs - shouldn't have been based on the specs, but for some reason they just wouldnt perform no matter how I configured them, or what the OS was.
