I'm installing my win7 (MSDNAA) right now on my desktop-pc.
The win7 RC ran fine, so why should the final version be worse.
And since it's heavily based on Vista it's not an entirely new OS, so there shouldn't be any bugs as bad as there were in the XP and Vista relase versions.

Only a few minutes left till setup is finished
