Not big at all, each pack weighs about 340-395G. I used 6S 5000mAh (2 3S 5000mAh packs in series and each pack weighs 395G) as well and they weigh about the same. I can use good 2200-2650mAh and still get decent run times. I did race my truggy with the RC-Monsters last year and missed it this year. My truggy is pretty light and that's why I can get away with such set up.
