Use a blue sharpie or something to color the inside the bulkhead, like Capt Frenulum said, so you know where to take some of the bulkhead away so that it fits. And he's right... just a little is needed. Too much and your bulkhead will be extremely thin and will break.

Hmm... I thought it still was the actual gray plastic E-Revo chassis that needed to be modded. I didn't see anything about modding the bulkheads. At least that's what the RCM store page says. Maybe you can leave the chassis as is and instead take a bit of material off of the bulkheads?
I haven't had a chance to test fit mine yet since I can never get them to assemble without binding. I almost got one ready to go, but the other one still binds pretty bad. I've tried everything and am at my wits end. Maybe I'll see what you guys are talking about with the bulks once I get to that point.
Jpop, did you modify the little plastic tab on the chassis at all?
