I would say it has a shorted or damaged phase within the motor based on that info- if another motor works fine on that esc, then 'tis the motor to blame. Castle should take care of it for you assuming it is a damaged phase, just so long as it wasnt self inflicted by using mounting screws to long- but that should be more or less impossible with the MMM motors as they have a shield inside the motor at either end to prevent such damage.

What motor is that anyway, hard to make out in the video?..
