Specs look decent enough, and the price is reasonable. I would start with a cheaper 2s or 3s pack and take Eagletree measurements to get cell performance. If it can hold at least ~3.4v @ the rated load (189A), then it's just a matter of seeing if each pack is consistent (Turnigy reliablility can be spotty) and how well they maintain their performance over cycle life.
