Mine came with the bottom hinge pins. The top are stock and not included.

I have to say something about this theory of amps and voltage. I have ran a 9xl on 14 cells and 20 cells with the same gearing. I get longer run time out of the 20 cells. Yes it works out to less runtime on paper. With the higher voltage on a motor make the motor have more torque and thus propelling the truck with less amperage of use. This is form my experence.
