Err, so its working fine now with the new/different rx? Seems like you dont even have an issue anymore?
Unfortunately digital radios seem to be very tricky sometimes to get working correctly with various escs- its just par for the course with the r/c hobby (ergo- try a different radio to diagnose the issue; if a different radio works fine, then you should take the issue up with radio equipment manufacturer and not the esc manufacturer, since the esc works fine
