I'd try narrowing the hole you need to punch through the air, you could do that with a set a L8ight arms all round
A L8ight front shock tower, with matching front shocks would smooth down the aero at the front also
Edit: I went back & had a look at pics from post #27...I'd suggest losing the 1/8 rear wing in favour of a wing with a longer cord length. You've obviously done the right thing by removing all the downforce elements but I'd be surprised if you're not getting a huge amount of oscillation with such a narrow chord
