Watching the video I do not see him snagging on anything, but I do see him doing things with that rig that I know a regular rock crawler can not do. So your not breaking anyones heart here, because nothing has been proven one way or another. Your opinion is just that, your opinion. Honestly I doubt that he will put that thing in any kind of crawling comp anyway. At this point it is just a show piece, but who knows what it may lead to for design concept vehicles?
You aren't serious, right?

You own a 1:1 crawler? RC is NOT the same.

By the way, what I'm saying is not opinion, it's simple FACT. That rig has a long way to go before it's even close to a modern crawler, especially in a comp. Never said it wouldn't work either, it's obviously working in the video. I'm curious to know how many of you are wheelers or have even driven a rock crawler or anything with locked axles for that matter.

One more thing - Like I said, crawlers are not "obsolete". The future of rock crawlers is the King of the Hammers race, which has exploded since it's inaugural race in '08 or '07, can't remember which.
