On my Revo I sold, I bought the RCM Revo hybrid diff kit which uses 1/8 gears. It is an expensive upgrade, but, if installed correctly, no more diff worries. Not to mention what a PITA the front diff is to access.

A member here makes a 1/8 center diff for the trans...( a true 1/8 diff) do a search to find the member.

I also upgraded the steering w/AL upgrades to strengthen it. Of course the titanium turnbuckles and pins are also nice.

As far as sway bar kits go...the Tekno one is the one to get
